About the Role:
- As a Trainee Manager, you’ll learn how to lead a team, deliver great customer experiences, support daily store operations, and bring positive energy to every shift. You’ll build real skills in customer service, teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership all while completing a Certificate IV in Hospitality (SIT40422) as part of your workday.
You’ll get paid while you learn, build valuable leadership skills, and gain a nationally recognised qualification with zero fees, because we cover the training costs. About You:
You’re someone with a can-do attitude who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’re reliable, friendly, and excited about developing new skills. You have a valid driver’s licence and your own transport to get to our West Pinjarra sites, and you’re ready to commit to a 12–18 month traineeship. If you’ve had any cafe or barista experience, that’s a bonus but if not, don’t worry. We’ll teach you everything you need to succeed.
