About the Role:
- As a Duty Manager at Miami Bakehouse, you’ll be responsible for leading shifts, motivating team members, and ensuring our customer experience is always first class.
• Hours: Full-time, 38 hours per week

• Location: Rouse Road, Gilberts, Mandurah
• Trading Hours: Typically 6:15 am to 5:30 pm, 7 days a week
As a Duty Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager to:
• Lead and motivate your team to deliver outstanding service
• Manage day-to-day cafe operations
• Meet sales targets while maintaining quality and consistency
• Assist in staff training and coordination

No Management Experience Yet?
If you’re experienced in hospitality and keen to grow into leadership, we’ll help you succeed. We offer an optional Certificate IV in Leadership and Management (BSB40520) to develop your skills.
