About the Role:
- Located on the corner of Taranto Road and the Forrest Highway, our award-winning cafe is a must-stop for travellers along this route. Miami is well known for our award-winning baked goods, fabulous coffee and great customer service. We have very high standards for our quality of product and customer service and are looking for the perfect match to join our already successful team.
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join the Management team in Myalup. If you are a customer-focused leader with an incredible flair for great customer service - this is the job for you.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will:
• Assist with the management and daily operations of the store.
• Have the capability to lead, coach and importantly; engage a strong team
• Display a real hands-on approach, leading by example and working shoulder to shoulder with your team
• Act as a role model for great customer service and an ambassador of the Miami brand and our values
• Be flexible to adjust to the needs of your store
About You:
Flexible availability between the hours of 6am-5:30pm Monday to Sunday.
Must have drivers' license and vehicle
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
