We want an organised and proactive person for this business support role which assists with scheduling and coordinating maintenance and ad hoc projects across 6 locations.  

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be kept on your toes with this varied and busy role. Based in our Mandurah office, this is a full-time role working Monday to Friday. This job is integral to providing support across all parts of the business - stores and bakery, working in the background to keep the wheels turning smoothly. You will be responsible for various tasks including:

 

  • Coordinating and scheduling contractors ensuring equipment and facilities at 6 locations are repaired and maintained.

  • Help schedule and action maintenance requests from 6 locations

  • Assisting with basic troubleshooting of breakdowns as required

  • Assist with the planning, preparation and execution of small projects 

  • Sourcing equipment, parts and quotes promptly

  • Regular maintenance checks and inspections at each site

  • Ad hoc administrative support - no accounts or data entry

  • General reception duties 

 

ABOUT YOU

This role is suited to a Jack/Jill of all trades who enjoys getting out from behind a desk and doesn't mind getting their hands dirty when the day goes pear shaped. You must be able to prioritise and organise effectively in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating workloads and competing demands.

Successful candidates will have:

  • The flexibility to start earlier or work later if the proverbial hits the fan.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build constructive relationships with all teams and contractors.

  • Competency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel & Word).

  • Drivers' Licence and police clearance
