Light and fluffy Prosecco vanilla sponge filled with fresh local strawberries and cream for a truly modern take on a Vanilla Sponge classic.  Decorated in a soft strawberry Chantilly cream with delicate piped pink and cream roses, this cake will be sure to create the WOW factor at any Mothers Day lunch.

Generous 10-12 slices or 14 for slightly smaller serves – its just a question of whether there will be room for seconds…..
