About the Role:

The award-winning Miami Bakehouse is Western Australia's largest retail bakery. Our head bakery is located in Mandurah where we supply our 6 company owned retail stores across WA's southwest. We work tirelessly to ensure we deliver our promise to provide our customers the most exciting baked food experience.
The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to be an integral part of our team. Reporting to the Production Manager you will supervise the day-to-day operations of your department. This is a full-time hands-on role with a 5-day working week across Monday to Sunday. This role will include weekends and public holidays.
Your Responsibilities include:
Leadership and day to day management of the production team
Manage department performance to meet KPI's (labour and waste)
Roster and coordinate staff (approx 10 staff)
Production scheduling
Quality control and waste manage
Stock control and ordering
Ensure food safety compliance
About You:
We are looking for:
Proven experience successfully leading a team
Full availability Monday-Sunday
KPI reporting experience
