Cafe manager positions are permanent full-time roles averaging 42 hours/week (up to $76,014 + Super + Travel + $800 monthly bonuses).
Assistant Manager positions are full time roles averaging 38 hours/week (up to $62,984 + Super + Travel + $200 monthly bonuses).

What we are looking for:
Previous hospitality management is desirable
A passion for customer services, sales and coaching
Motivation to meet KPI's and sales targets
Ability to lead and train a team
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organisational skills with a calm disposition to manage operations at a fast pace
