About the Role:

Miami Bakehouse has a rare and exciting position for a Production Manager to join the team. You will play a vital role in the day to day operations of the production bakery.
This is a full time position with a 5 day working week. This will include some weekends and public holidays as required. The bakery operates 7 days a week with a range of shift times within each day, between the hours of 7am and 11:30pm.
This is not an administrative office role. You will be hands on, working side by side with the production team. Previous bakery experience is not required.
Key responsibilities include:
Coaching and motivating your team to meet KPI's
Production planning and coordinating
Managing labour costs including rostering and staff coordination
Managing waste
Responding positively and quickly to issues on the floor
Maintaining our high standards of quality
Ensuring OH & S policies and procedures are adhered to
Facilitating the innovation of new products

The Business:

Our production bakery kitchen, located in Mandurah, is the hub where all of our delicious and award winning baked goods are produced. This is the backbone of our organisation, supplying our various retail outlets in WA's Southwest.
About You:
You must have:
Full time availability across the week. This will include some weekends and public holidays as required.
Strong Management skills
Food production experience
