About the Role:
- Located on the corner of Taranto Road and the Forrest Highway, our award-winning cafe is a must-stop for travellers along this route. Miami is well known for our award-winning baked goods, fabulous coffee and great customer service. We have very high standards for our quality of product and customer service and are looking for the perfect match to join our already successful team.
If you are a customer-focused leader with an incredible flair for great customer service - this is the job for you. We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join the Management team in Myalup. The cafe operates 7 days a week between the hours of 6am and 6pm
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will:
Assist with the management and daily operations of the store.
Have the capability to lead, coach and importantly; engage a strong team to achieve success
Display a real hands-on approach at all times, leading by example and working shoulder to shoulder with your team
Act as a role model of great customer service and an ambassador of the Miami brand and its values at all times
Be flexible to adjust to the needs of your store
About You:
Requirements:
Must be available Monday – Friday between 6am-8pm
Must have drivers license and vehicle as public transport is not an option
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
Desirable: flexible to cover weekend shifts if required
