Apprentice Baker/Pastrycook Job in Mandurah 

Full Time salaried position (38 hours/week)

The Miami Bakehouse is one of only a few bakeries that teach both bread and pastrycooking as a combined apprenticeship. Based in Mandurah, this 3 year apprenticeship offers great hands on experience in an enjoyable working environment where you will learn a broad range of skills to build your career. 

​This is a full time position on a 7 day rotating roster Mon-Sun. You will work variable days including weekends, public holidays and school holidays. Full availability is essential.

The successful applicant will be a responsible and capable person with:

  • Excellent numeracy, literacy and communication skills

  • A good sense of responsibility

Miami Bakehouse operates 7 days a week. Working hours will be variable and will include weekend and public holiday work.
