Miami Bakehouse are on the hunt for motivated and ambitious baking and pastry apprentice to join the team in Greenfields, Western Australia. Miami Bakehouse is one of only a few bakeries that teach both bread and pastry cooking as a combined apprenticeship. Our specialised training has resulted in two of our apprentices winning Australian Apprentice of the Year as well as many apprentices winning awards in state baking competitions over the years.

Miami has a large range of bread, cake and savoury products that are baked from scratch, seven days a week.

This is a 3-year apprenticeship and all training costs, including tafe fees, are paid for you. We offer a range of daytime and evening shifts. No nights required!

Upon successful completion you will be highly skilled, have excellent industry experience and be able to travel the world with your new qualification.
