Accounts and Administration Officer Job in Mandurah

Put your bookkeeping background and analytical skills to work in this fantastic new opportunity in Mandurah. This role will appeal to someone with experience in all facets of accounts and office administration.

 

Permanent part time role between the hours of 9am and 2:30pm Monday to Friday. Applicants must have the flexibility to commit to those hours during school holidays and be flexible to work every third public holiday on a shared roster with the team.

The successful person will be working in a well-organised, very busy office and have:

  • Cert III in Accounting or Bookkeeping

  • Minimum 2 years Australian bookkeeping experience

  • Driver's License

  • Desirable: MYOB, Australian payroll experience

  • Strong competency in Excel

  • Ability to manage time effectively

  • Capacity to work at a fast pace and be able to manage multiple tasks successfully

 

This role includes: 

  • Payroll processing (90+ employees)

  • Weekly Financial and KPI Reporting

  • Accounts Payable & Receivable

  • Sales Reconciliations

  • General weekly processing and reporting

  • Administrative support

  • Ad hoc tasks as required
