The Role

This is a permanent part time position across 4 days (20-23 h/wk). The days off will alternate between Wednesdays and Thursdays each week. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will work closely with all departments across the business. 


Primary responsibilities include: 

  • Complex end to end payroll

  • Weekly Financial and KPI Reporting

  • Assisting with Accounts Payable & Receivable 

  • Sales reconciliations

  • General weekly processing and reporting

  • Administrative support and ad hoc tasks as required


About You
This role requires drive, organisation and strong time management skills. You will need a proactive approach, good problem-solving skills and understand the importance of deadlines. The successful person will have experience in a fast paced and dynamic workplace and have:

  • Cert III in Accounting or Bookkeeping (Note: adequate practical experience will be considered as the equivalent of a qualification)

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in end to end payroll 

  • 2+ years' experience in AR & AP

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

  • Proficiency in MYOB (or similar)

  • Drivers' License

  • Available to work occasional public holidays on a shared roster
